Terms and conditions
Delivery times are considered from the confirmation of payment and are usually between 2 to 8 business days depending on the distance with respect to the Araucanía Region. In the most extreme areas of the country, it may take up to 20 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
In BRUMA you can request an exchange or refund if your product presents origin faults. However, it is important that you understand that our products are handcrafted with natural materials, so the differences in color or details that may exist between one specimen and another are not considered flaws, but rather valuable attributes.
Our containers are made of wood and therefore each one is unique in its color and grain. Likewise, the items of our perfumes may have slight variations since we distill plant materials that change according to the season, place of collection, among other factors.
- Refunds, exchanges and returns ONLY are allowed and issued in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, since once opened, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to make changes. If your product is faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange, refund or credit for a future purchase.
- In case of returns or exchanges for a defective item, the shipping costs will be borne by Bruma.
- We only accept returns within the following 7 days from purchase.
- Bruma cannot directly process any returns for items that were not purchased from our online store.
- For exchanges, we must have the defective product in our hands before your new product is shipped.
- We recommend returning the product with a traceable delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or through PayPal (fees may incur).
Once your refund has been issued, the funds will appear on your bank statement within about 10 business days.
